This year another eight brilliant finalists were handpicked as winners across a number of categories. Over the next few weeks we’ll be talking about each of them, and inviting you to watch the films. Hou Xueying has been in the organic farming industry for five years. Whether using animal waste as fertiliser, or raising ducks in the rice fields to kill pests and pull up weeds, she is committed to creating a better future through farming. This way of farming isn’t just good for our health it’s good for the land.  It can protect the soil and leave behind rich fertile land for our children. Only conscious foodies can save the world.
