We made the 'Polyfaces' film with the simple ambition of helping people to make more informed choices when eating, buying and growing food. The Salatin family have been leading the creation of a more regenerative food system for well over 50 years — we wanted to capture their wonderful spirit and journey — along with their many interns, supporters, customers and the livestock and landscapes they steward. We are a family-based non-profit who work around the world — over 4 years we produced 'Polyfaces', using what was our farmhouse building fund to do so, along with contributions from many generous donors from across the globe. 'Polyfaces' is so full of hope and will change the way people eat, buy and grow food.
