Read more Though she now enjoys a plant-based diet, this social impact fundraiser's idea of vegetables as a child was white rice with sugar and butter and cheese grits. Read more Eva previously helped cities increase residents' access to healthy food, taught hands-on food education, started a chef-in-the-classroom program, and made desserts as a pastry chef.
